Job summary

Atrium Staffing is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities in Lakeland, FL. You will own the month-end close, job costing, reconciliations, and financial reporting while partnering with leadership on growth initiatives.

The role demands strong technical accounting expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to drive process improvements across the accounting function.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting and financial reporting.
• Hands-on leadership able to mentor staff and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full close procedures across multiple entities and projects.
• Review bank reconciliations, AP, month-end financial statements and reporting.
• Prepare draw packages, project financial models, and related records.
• Train and mentor accounting staff and drive process improvements.
