DedCool, Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking an Accounting Manager to own the monthly close, GAAP reporting, and core accounting for our multi-channel business (DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Sephora, Ulta).

This role partners with Sales, Ecommerce, and Operations to build scalable processes and lead a growing AP/AR team. The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience, a bachelor’s in accounting/finance, and CPA (or pursuing).

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 4–7 years progressive accounting experience with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Experience in beauty/fragrance/CPG industry.
• Direct experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, DTC/e-commerce, TikTok Shop, Sephora, or Ulta.
• CPA license or active pursuit of CPA is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end monthly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Maintain and improve the general ledger structure, chart of accounts, and close checklist.
• Prepare management reporting packages and channel-level P&L analysis across DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and wholesale/specialty retail.
• Manage revenue recognition and reconciliation across multiple channels and accounts.
• Reconcile marketplace and retailer deductions, chargebacks, co-op/MDF, markdowns, and returns against remittances.
• Oversee inventory accounting, standard costing, and COGS across 3PL and owned-warehouse locations.
• Manage cash flow monitoring and short-term cash forecasting; assist auditors and tax preparers.
