Job summary

Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) in Benton, KY or Denver, CO is seeking an Accounting Manager, Major League Fishing. You will lead the accounting team, oversee month-end close, and drive financial reporting accuracy in a fast-paced sports business environment.

Responsibilities include preparing statements, supervising the MLF Accounting team, budgeting, audits, and ad-hoc analysis. Requirements include a bachelor’s in accounting, 5–7+ years’ experience, CPA or CPA-track a plus, and advanced

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
5-7+ years of demonstrated accounting experience.
Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office software programs, with advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and reviewing monthly financial statements and management reports for all assigned entities.
Direct supervisory duties of the MLF Accounting team.
Lead the annual budget preparation process in conjunction with department heads and executive management.
Record and review financial transactions necessary to produce internal and external financial statements.
Prepare ad-hoc reporting and analyses as needed.
Ensure accurate month-end close and support annual audit processes.
