Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting roles with knowledge of transaction lifecycle accounting and GL fundamentals.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Experience collaborating with operations, commercial, finance and accounting teams.
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing transaction accounting team.
• Own Mexico Fuels transaction accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with business, finance, capability leaders, FP&A, customers, and service providers.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and process enhancements.
• Maintain a strong internal control environment with reconciliations and balance sheet integrity.
