Job summary

SentiLink Corp in San Francisco is seeking an Accounting Manager to own operating expenses and general accounting end-to-end. This hands-on role leads the monthly close, manages a small team, and builds scalable systems and processes with high ownership and judgment across Finance and the business.

You will oversee intercompany activity, audits, and external collaborations to ensure financials are accurate, well-understood, and reliable as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of accounting experience in multi-entity environments.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and audits.
• Experience owning monthly close and general accounting processes.
• CPA or public accounting background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly close, consolidation, and financial statement prep across entities including intercompany and FX activity.
• Manage non-revenue accounting areas: operating expenses, accruals, prepaid, fixed assets, payroll, equity accounting.
• Perform variance analysis and investigate anomalies to ensure accurate financials.
• Identify and drive improvements to processes, systems, and controls to scale with the business.
• Lead a team of 3 and develop their skills to improve close speed and reliability.
• Lead the end-to-end audit process for non-revenue areas.
• Collaborate with external advisors and internal leaders on technical accounting and tax matters.
