Job summary

IEWC is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee US and MX financial reporting, month-end close, and intercompany activity. The role drives process improvements and supports budget and forecasting initiatives.

The position involves collaborating with audit teams, treasury activities, and cross-functional partners to ensure timely, accurate statements and compliance with US GAAP and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret technical and business information.

Responsibilities

• Own the US and MX general ledger and ensure accurate financial statements.
• Prepare journal entries and perform month-end close activities.
• Facilitate reconciliations across the organization and review complex reconciliations.
• Lead annual financial statement audit and coordinate inventory counts.
• Manage intercompany transactions and monthly close for entities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, ad-hoc analyses and process improvements.
