Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong Excel skills are required.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up.
• Willing to work later than scheduled hours during peak times.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Navision is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of senior accountants and drive improvements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with leadership.
• Analyze monthly results, explain variances, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare management reporting and KPI analyses for leadership.
• Support cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
