Responsibilities include overseeing daily accounting operations, leading the close process, and strengthening policies and systems. The role offers visibility and increasing leadership responsibility as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA or Master's degree preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience required.
• Previous experience managing accounting professionals required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial information.
• Own the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Develop and mentor accounting team members for growth and accountability.
• Support accounting activities across multiple business units and legal entities.
• Improve accounting processes, controls, and ERP-driven automation.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements for leadership.
• Collaborate with operations to resolve accounting issues across departments.
