Uline, Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead critical areas of Corporate Accounting and support our financial operations. You will oversee a high-performing team, strengthen internal controls, and drive accuracy and efficiency across North American operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA designation with 5+ years of accounting experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience leading teams in a corporate environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, automation or system enhancements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Oracle G/L or similar ERP systems is a plus.

• Coach and develop Accounting Supervisors and their teams, building a culture of accountability, growth and high performance.
• Oversee key Accounting areas such as financial and cost accounting, leases, fixed assets, cash and other operational accounting activities.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes and financial statement preparation, analyzing results and variances to deliver accurate, timely reporting.
• Partner with leadership to resolve accounting issues and support business initiatives aligned with company goals.
