Ledgent Finance & Accounting is partnering with a Colorado-based company to hire an Accounting Manager. You will report to the Controller within a 10-person department and directly oversee 2–3 accounting staff.

The role emphasizes strengthening controls, improving processes, and contributing to overall department strategy. The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree in Accounting/Finance, 3+ years of full-cycle experience, and familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Sage).

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in Accounting, Finance, or business related.
• 3+ years of full cycle accounting experience.
• Exposure to larger ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Sage, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Oversee 2–3 accounting staff and report to the Controller.
• Help drive departmental improvements and efficiencies.
• Support month-end close, reporting, and controls.
