Job summary

System One is assisting a Tulsa location of a foreign-owned company with a search for an Accounting Manager. The role handles day-to-day accounting for a growing 40-person organization and oversees monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

It requires GAAP expertise, IFRS knowledge, ERP experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. Travel internationally is possible; compensation is $80K-$85K with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge; IFRS experience a plus.
• Progressive accounting and financial management experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• ERP implementation or upgrade experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting for a 40-person organization.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and support IFRS reporting.
• Perform profitability analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Monitor and analyze cash flow to improve liquidity and performance.
• Prepare account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of records.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls.
• Involvement with ERP system implementation/upgrade.
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Oversee Human Resources functions as the role evolves.
• Support growth initiatives, including occasional international travel.
