Job summary

CRH is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee the integrity and performance of accounting information and compliant business processes at our Irving, TX office. The role reports to the VP of Finance and supports leadership with budgeting, audits, and strategic analysis to improve profitability.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting with 5+ years in accounting/finance, CPA preferred, and strong GAAP/IFRS/SOX experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• Minimum 5 years in accounting/finance roles.
• CPA preferred.
• Experience with GAAP, IFRS and SOX.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and oversee financial objectives and policies.
• Improve efficiencies of financial processes and controls.
• Prepare reports forecasting business activity and financial position.
• Maintain budgets and related financial documentation.
• Safeguard assets with internal controls, including inventory.
• Plan and support physical inventory audits.
• Provide financial reporting and analysis to operational leadership.
• Support internal and external audits and CAPEX reporting.
