Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in HVAC or construction.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role managing Staff or Senior Accountants.
• CPA license or active candidacy desired but not mandatory.

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
