Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, and/or finance required; 6+ years accounting experience; Master’s or PhD options noted.
• 1+ year in a management or lead role.
• 2+ years in consolidation or intercompany in a large multinational preferred.
• Knowledge of month-end close processes and GAAP.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop teams.
• Hybrid work environment experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Hyperion/OneStream and Oracle familiarity recommended.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly OneStream consolidation process for US and international sites.
• Oversee consolidation accounting and impairment testing for investments, goodwill, intangible assets, and equity.
• Prepare monthly reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Govern intercompany processes and inter/intra-divisional balances.
• Support acquisitions, divestitures, and system integrations.
• Support external audits, controls testing, and governance activities.
• Assist with debt reporting and covenant compliance.
• Drive process improvements and automation across consolidation workflows.
• Collaborate with Technical Accounting, Tax, and International Accounting.
• Lead onboarding for new ledgers and acquisitions in OneStream.
• Manage a team of 2 employees with coaching and development.
