Job summary

Actus Consulting Group seeks an experienced bookkeeper to manage accounting for assigned entities, including KDDI America, Inc. (KAM) and Telehouse International Corporation of America (TIA).

You will record invoices, process payments, and prepare routine A/R and A/P reports in the general ledger. You will coordinate with managers, assist auditors, support monthly closes under US GAAP/IFRS, and help improve accounting operations and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in Excel and basic accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Record vendor invoices in the general ledger.
• Process vendor payments accurately and on time.
• Prepare routine A/R and A/P reports and coordinate invoice approvals.
• Record issued invoices and customer payments in the general ledger.
• Maintain schedules for fixed assets, prepaid expenses, loans, and accrued expenses; post entries to the system.
• Execute and review monthly closing tasks and results, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS.
• Prepare and oversee consolidated financial statements, including monthly reporting package to HQ.
• Support subsidiaries and special projects in a dynamic environment.
