This mid-senior level role involves overseeing month-end closes, implementing financial controls, and building a team for operational finance support. Candidates should have experience in VC-backed environments, ideally with CPA qualifications. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $170,000, plus bonuses and equity, along with comprehensive benefits including medical and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-entity environment including SaaS and AI.
• Strong ability to work across multiple entities and subsidiaries.
• Experience owning day‑to‑day accounting including payroll and AP.

Responsibilities

• Support month‑end close including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Improve the monthly close process and maintain data integrity.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and support intercompany transactions.
