Frame, headquartered in Los Angeles, is seeking an Accounting Manager to own daily bookkeeping, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. You will work closely with leadership as we scale, ensuring accuracy and speed and catching issues before they become problems.

Responsibilities include bank and credit card reconciliations, payroll coordination, and maintaining audit readiness to support external accountants and tax preparers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, ideally in a startup or fintech environment.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent accounting software.
• Strong grasp of GAAP and general accounting principles.
• High attention to detail; you catch errors before anyone else does.
• Independent and able to operate in a fast-moving environment with limited guidance.

• You have familiarity with multi-entity or multi-currency accounting, experience supporting a finance or CFO function through a growth phase, or a CPA or CPA candidacy
• You are someone who catches errors before anyone else does, and treats clean books as a craft rather than a chore
• You move quickly without sacrificing accuracy, and you are comfortable owning your scope with limited oversight
• You care about getting the details right, especially when no one is checking
