Qualifications

• 3+ years of finance or accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; professional designation preferred.
• Experience with equity-based compensation and benefit plan accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations for benefits and reporting.
• Support SEC filings, internal and external audits, and Sarbanes-Oxley controls.
• Analyze complex financial data for variance analysis and reporting.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory reporting projects.
