Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions partnered with a growing company in the Coppell area seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to support and scale its accounting operations. This role will oversee operations across multiple locations and entities, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and lead continuous improvement initiatives as the organization grows.

You will mentor accounting staff, manage intercompany transactions and consolidations, partner with FP&A and operations, and ensure GAAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience supporting multi-location, multi-entity operations.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with consolidations and intercompany accounting.
• ERP experience; multi-location ERP exposure preferred.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across multiple locations and entities.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for all locations.
• Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Ensure consistent application of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Manage intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reconciliations.
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts in partnership with FP&A and operations teams.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reporting packages.
• Manage internal and external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff across multiple locations.
• Partner with operations and senior leadership to support location-level financial performance.
