Position Overview

Everspring is seeking an Accounting Manager responsible for managing the month-end close process, reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements. The role includes reviewing customer contracts for accurate revenue recognition per standards like ASC 606, approving invoices, leading external audits, preparing financial reports, and improving accounting processes. The manager will also mentor team members and collaborate with the FP&A team. This position offers telecommuting from any U.S. location.

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification.
• 5 years of related accounting experience.
• 48 months of experience in managing month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and using accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks).
• Advanced Excel skills, US GAAP knowledge, and process improvement experience.

Additional Details

Salary: $105,373 to $115,000/year. Full-time, remote position based in the U.S. with HQ in Chicago, IL.
