This role will report to the CFO and is responsible for managing the general ledger, supervising accounting staff and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. As the Full Time Accounting Manager at Copeland Oaks, your day‑to‑day responsibilities include overseeing daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger; preparing monthly financial statements; managing month‑end and year‑end closing processes; maintaining compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements; assisting with budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting; supporting annual audits and required financial reporting; developing and maintaining internal accounting controls and procedures; supervising and supporting accounting staff.
