A growing manufacturer of engineered products for the defense market needs an Accounting Manager who understands how a factory actually makes money. This role owns actual costing: knowing what every job, program, and product line truly costs, and making sure leadership can act on those numbers.
You’ll run the core accounting function and act as the finance partner to Operations, Engineering, Program Management, and Supply Chain. This is a hands‑on role in a business that is scaling, with real influence over systems, controls, and how the company measures performance. You will supervise one employee at this time.
