Job summary

Dashing Diva seeks an Accounting Manager to oversee the company’s accounting operations and financial reporting, ensuring accurate statements and leading month-end and year-end closes. The role supervises staff and ensures compliance with GAAP.

The candidate should have 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with accounting software or ERP systems. CPA is preferred but not required.

About the Role:

Dashing Diva is seeking an Accounting Manager who oversees the company’s accounting operations and financial reporting, manages daily accounting activities, and leads the month-end and year-end closing processes. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial statements, and supervising accounting staff.

What You Will Do

• Manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and cash management.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Perform and review monthly account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
• Coordinate annual audits and work with external auditors.
• Develop and maintain effective internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency.
• Supervise, train, and support accounting team members.
• Monitor and analyze financial results, including budget-to-actual variances.
• Partner with senior management to provide financial analysis and recommendations.
• Ensure timely completion of tax filings and other financial reporting requirements.
• Manage cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Perform other accounting and financial duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Previous accounting supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• CPA certification is preferred but not required.

Compensation Range:

$80,000 - $90,000 yearly
