Responsibilities:

1. Lead a diverse team across multiple functions within accounting
2. Sit alongside members of your team (many of whom have been with the company for 10, 20, even 30 years) and understand their daily processes
3. Partner with the accounting leadership team to brainstorm and implement more efficient processes that will allow the company to expand the accounting department efficiently and strategically
