An Accounting Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of the daily operations of the accounting department. This position is responsible for the accurate preparation and documentation of financial statements and reports for multiple entities. It is essential to possess a strong knowledge and understanding of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Critical for success are a high attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to provide and maintain organization and direction.
