Metropolis is seeking a transformative Accounting Manager to lead our accounting function, focusing on corporate business operations and financial reporting. The role involves modernizing accounting operations through process automation, scalable processes, and real‑time analytics, while driving process improvement, ensuring compliance, and participating in the annual audit. You will utilize AI and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to optimize workflows and lead a team of staff and senior accountants.
Base salary ranges from $115,000 to $140,000 USD annually, contingent on qualifications, experience, and location. Total compensation may include access to or eligibility for healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a stock option plan, bonus plans, and more.
