Job summary

Ambrion is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join the Finance team in the Twin Cities area, focusing on integrating financial operations after the acquisition and optimizing processes to support growth.

You will oversee accounts payable, manage the month-end close for prepaids and accruals, and collaborate with FP&A, Operations, and IT to streamline reporting while mentoring the accounting team and ensuring robust internal controls.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • CPA strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and internal controls.
  • Experience with post-acquisition integration is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and Excel.

We're partnering with a dynamic and rapidly growing technology company on an exciting journey of expansion and innovation. Following a recent acquisition, they're looking for an experienced and driven Accounting Manager to join the Finance team and play a key role in integrating financial operations, optimizing processes, and supporting ongoing growth.

  • Proficient in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $120,000-$135,000
  • This role is also eligible for various benefits,including:Medical Insurance

Actualbase salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and otherfactors relevant to the position.

This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
