The Accounting Manager leads ALCO's property accounting operations and oversees the Property Accounting team in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This position requires a detail-oriented accounting professional who values both precision and purpose while providing direction, mentorship, and technical guidance to the accounting team.
The salary range for this position is $90,000 – $100,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, certifications, geographic considerations where applicable, and internal equity.
In addition to base pay, eligible team members may participate in performance-based incentives where applicable.
