Ad Populum located in Itasca, IL, seeks an Accounting Manager to lead financial statements across multiple subsidiaries within the Rubies entity. This role ensures timely GAAP-compliant close, accurate accruals, and strong internal controls while guiding audit activities and intercompany accounting.
You will collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing to analyze drivers of variances, present results to leadership, and drive process improvements across the finance function.
Reporting to the Director of Accounting, the Accounting Manager, assigned to the Rubies entity, will lead a team responsible for the financial statements of multiple Ad Populum businesses. You will ensure the timely and accurate completion of financials and the integrity of all accounting functions. You will manage and review accruals, revenue recognition, audits, and account reconciliations in accordance with GAAP.
