Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Develop and deliver financial reports, analyses, and recommendations that support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze financial and operational data, identify trends and variances, and communicate findings and recommendations to management.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and subsidiary systems to ensure data integrity and financial accuracy.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation, filing, and payment of all required tax returns, tax deposits, and related regulatory filings.
  • Prepare monthly workpapers, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation for financial reporting and audit requirements.
  • Partner with departmental leaders to communicate financial results, performance trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities as assigned.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance financial controls, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead or support special projects, business analyses, and other finance-related initiatives as requested.
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and professional integrity.
  • Ensure work is completed timely and documented in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate ownership of assigned responsibilities and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
