You'll manage close processes, provide financial reporting oversight, and partner with executives to drive business insights while shaping scalable accounting practices for growth.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Big4 or Private Equity experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting and month-end close.
• Experience reviewing reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Oversee general ledger accounting, reconciliations, accruals, and financial statement preparation.
• Supervise and develop two Senior Accountants.
• Provide oversight to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable staff.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Partner with executive leadership on accounting and operational initiatives.
• Prepare reporting and analyses for private equity ownership.
• Translate financial results into clear, business-friendly insights for non-accounting stakeholders.
• Support audits, process improvements, and internal control initiatives.
• Help build scalable accounting processes to support continued growth.
