• Oversee General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and cash management.

• Monitor cash flow and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax professionals, banking partners, and other outside providers.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax requirements, and company policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain accounting systems and financial data integrity.
• Provide financial reporting and analysis to management.
• Provide backup support for payroll processing when needed.
• Supervise and develop accounting staff, as applicable.
• Support special projects and other financial initiatives.

Accounting Manager

The team is seeking an experienced, hands-on Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and help ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys working in the details while also looking for opportunities to improve processes, strengthen internal controls, support business decisions, and contribute to a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

The compensation salary range for this role is $95,000 to $135,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, and certifications.
