Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking an Accounting Manager in Atlanta, GA to lead the monthly close, balance sheet reconciliations, and internal controls for North America.

You will oversee NetSuite access, data integration into EPM, and collaborate with finance, cost accounting, shared services, and operations to ensure accurate financial data and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5-8+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing, industrial, or multi-entity environment.
• Strong experience with month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Solid technical accounting foundation; interpret and apply accounting standards.
• ERP experience required; NetSuite and SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to manage complex processes.
• Effective communicator able to partner across finance, operations, and shared services.

• Assist with internal and external audits, including documentation, walkthroughs, and remediation efforts.
• Develop, improve, and standardize accounting policies, procedures, and close processes.
• Support multi-entity, multi-currency accounting and reporting across U.S., Mexico, and Canada.

Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager will serve as a key technical accounting and close leader supporting the Energy & Communications business within the National Solutions Division. The role supports a complex network of manufacturing sites, distribution centers, and consignment locations across North America, providing broad exposure to operationally driven accounting, financial systems, and internal controls.

This role plays a central part in the month-end close process, balance sheet integrity, and financial systems governance, including oversight of NetSuite access and data integration into EPM. The Assistant Controller partners closely with finance business partners, cost accountants, shared services, and operations to ensure financial data is accurate, well-controlled, and scalable across the business.

This role is based at our Corporate Office in Atlanta, GA.
