OMS360 is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our central finance team in Atlanta. You will own accounting operations across a complex multi-entity, multi-state structure, leading close processes, intercompany accounting, and consolidations while partnering with FP&A and operations on reporting and controls.

This high-visibility role supports M&A integrations, external audits, lender reporting, and automation initiatives in a PE-backed healthcare services environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in accounting with 3+ in a leadership role.
• Experience in multi-site, multi-state, or multi-entity setups.
• Healthcare or PE-backed environments are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close across entities and locations.
• Review entries, reconciliations, accruals, and analyses.
• Manage intercompany transactions and eliminations.
• Prepare consolidated financial reports and dashboards.
• Support M&A integration and chart of accounts mapping.
• Coordinate audits, lender reporting, and post-close activities.
• Develop and supervise accounting staff; drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with FP&A and ops on budgeting and forecasting.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our central finance team, reporting directly to the Controller. In this role, you'll own the accounting operations across a complex multi-entity, multi-state structure — leading close processes, managing intercompany accounting, supporting M&A integrations, and partnering with FP&A and operational leadership on financial reporting and controls.

What You'll Do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple entities and practice locations
• Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and account analyses
• Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations
• Prepare and review consolidated financial reporting packages
• Support accounting integration of acquired practices, including chart of accounts mapping, balance sheet validation, and post-close transition activities
• Coordinate external audits, lender reporting, and PE-level financial requirements
• Develop, mentor, and supervise accounting staff
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities across accounting operations
• Partner with FP&A and operations leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

What We're Looking For

• 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing accounting for multi-site, multi-state, or multi-entity organizations
• Strong technical foundation in GAAP, intercompany accounting, consolidations, and complex close processes
• Experience within a private equity-backed organization preferred
• Healthcare services, dental, physician practice management, or MSO experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Sage Intacct a plus
• M&A accounting or acquisition integration experience strongly preferred
