The role blends hands-on close management with treasury oversight, owning the monthly close and driving internal controls and process improvements for a growing organization.

The ideal candidate is a CPA with 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and ERP experience (Sage Intacct preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or management experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ERP system experience (Sage Intacct preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Oversee treasury operations, including cash positioning, forecasting, banking relationships, and fraud controls
• Manage and develop a growing accounting team while driving process improvement and automation initiatives
• Partner with leadership on technical accounting matters, audits, tax compliance, and strategic initiatives
