Job summary

Qualifications

• QuickBooks software, bookkeeping and general accounting practices required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook skills required; fluent in English.
• Experience with General Ledger accounting including AP/AR/payroll reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Support AR/AP by recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining records.
• Participate in tax preparation tasks and document gathering.
• Communicate with clients to schedule appointments and provide information.
• Assist in auditing by verifying data and testing internal controls.
