Job summary

GP Fund Solutions (GPFS) invites you to join its accounting internship program in the United States. You will work closely with the accounting team on real client data and learn from a dedicated team mentor.

This paid internship runs for 12–14 weeks, requires 16–20 hours per week, and offers hands-on experience in cash analysis, bank reconciliations, and preparing client and investor reports.

Qualifications

• Must be a full-time matriculating student in Accounting, Finance, or related program.
• GPFS requires that applicants have taken at least the first two courses in accounting offered at their university to be considered for the internship.
• GPA requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly cash analysis for client accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of month bank reconciliations.
• Participate in compiling financial statements for clients.
• Assist in preparing client and investor reports.
• Assist in the day‑time activities of fund accounting.
• Special projects as assigned.

You’ll work alongside some of the best in the industry, a growing team at GPFS which focuses on providing comprehensive data and reporting solutions for Private Market clients. As an intern, you’ll participate in several projects. You will be assigned an accounting team mentor to help you build on your classroom learning and develop lifelong skills.

• This is a paid internship opportunity.
• Work hours are dependent on the student's schedule.
• GPFS requires part-time availability at minimum (16-20 hours a week).

What You’ll Do:
