The Asset Management Software (AMS) Accounting team is looking for an intern to join us for Summer 2027 and gain hands‑on experience supporting accounting operations within a fast‑growing software business. AMS, a global leader in intelligent asset management solutions, was acquired by Siemens in August 2022 and operates as a separate global business unit within Siemens Smart Infrastructure. Based in Raleigh, NC, the intern will gain exposure to purchase‑to‑pay processes, account reconciliations, monthly close activities, reporting, accounting operations, and process improvement initiatives.
This internship will support the AMS Accounting team across accounts payable, expense recognition, accruals, revenue‑related activities, account reconciliations, process improvement, data validation, and reporting support. The intern will also contribute to finance transformation efforts by helping document workflows, identify process gaps, and support practical digital solutions using tools such as Power BI, Power Query, KNIME, Excel, or similar analytics and automation tools.

The hourly pay range for this position $25 - $29 per hour, based off of your projected graduation year. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location. Additionally, interns for Siemens are eligible to contribute into our 401K program.
