Lansing - W Saginaw Hwy seeks an Accounting Intern to gain hands-on exposure to financial management within a growing organization. The program will cover basic accounting procedures, including statements, payable/receivable processes, and reporting, in a hands-on, mentored environment.

Qualified students must be enrolled full-time in accounting or finance, with a May 2027 graduation, and be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a May 2027 graduation.
• Experience in accounting, accounts payable/receivable or bookkeeping preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Willing to relocate within 1–3 years for potential promotions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship needed now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related incidents within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements and analysis.
• Work closely with rental branches and other departments.
• Assist accounting managers with reports.
• Involved with AP/AR functions; cash receipts and petty cash.
• Assist in accounting schedules and filing.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed.
