Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor's degree program for Accounting or Finance (full-time) with graduation by Dec 2027.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to commit to a part-time schedule from January 7, 2027 to April 3, 2027.
• Experience in accounting, accounts payable/receivable or bookkeeping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements and analysis.
• Work closely with rental branches and other departments.
• Assist accounting managers with reports and schedules.
• Involved with A/P & A/R functions; cash receipts & petty cash.
• Assist in accounting schedules and filing.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed.
