Job summary

Brit Properties is looking for a detail-oriented accounting intern to support our property accounting and financial operations. You'll work with real estate accounting tools and gain hands-on experience in a growing industrial real estate firm.

Responsibilities include supporting property accounting, assisting with tenant ledgers, and gaining experience in financial reporting using Yardi. The role is open to college students or recent graduates living in the Chicago area and offers $20/hour compensation.

Qualifications

• Must be a college student or recent graduate, available to work July-August.
• Must live in the Chicago area.
• Experience with accounting principles is required.
• Familiarity with Yardi is preferred.
