You will support the accounting team by preparing schedules, reconciling accounts in Oracle, gathering data for auditors, and recording journal entries during monthly closes.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college/university.
• Completed at least one year of coursework.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Gaining a Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting or related field.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid MS Office skills.
• Detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prepare concession revenue schedules for airport year-end.
• Reconcile monthly accounts using Oracle AP and ledger.
• Assist with gathering data for external airport auditors.
• Record journal entries in Oracle GL during monthly close.
• Analyze landlord statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses and projects as needed.
