Job summary

Doosan Bobcat in North Dakota seeks a finance-focused co-op/intern to support monthly reporting, journal entries, and close processes. You will work with Oracle and BPC to ensure accurate financials, assist with account mappings, and contribute to balance sheet reconciliations across multiple branches.

Responsibilities

• Create/Document/Maintain Monthly Management Reports.
• Improve/Maintain Balance sheet reconciliations for multiple branches.
• Validate mappings from local ledger to corporate ledger.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and follow-up on monthly reporting package.
• Complete monthly Journal Entries through Oracle software.
• Submit month end financials into BPC and reconcile BPC to Oracle.
• Complete module closes at month end (AR, AP, Fixed Assets).
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts through Blackline software.
• Assist in the Chart of Account process by adding accounts and mapping in Oracle.

• A self-starter and will dig into problems independently and will look for limited guidance
