Job summary

• Assist the Accounting Department with day-to-day functions such as filing, faxing, mailing, sorting mail, copying, updating daily reports.
• Support Marketing and Human Resources on periodic accounting and marketing-related tasks.
• Contribute to ongoing accounting-related projects and grow toward Accountant/Bookkeeper responsibilities

Job description

Accounting / Marketing Intern Full Time Positions

Assist the Accounting Department with general day-to-day functions including, but not limited to, filing, faxing, mailing, sorting incoming mail, copying, updating daily reports and other duties as assigned. Will be assigned additional Accounting-related duties as experience is gained, for ultimate assignment within the Accounting Department as an Accountant/Bookkeeper.

Will also be working with the Marketing and Human Resources Departments

on a periodic basis as needed, on Accounting and Marketing-related efforts.
