Job summary

GHA Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Accounting / Marketing Intern to support the Accounting Department with day-to-day tasks in Peoria, AZ. Responsibilities include filing, data entry, updating daily reports, and related duties.

You will also collaborate with Marketing and Human Resources on accounting and marketing efforts. This is a full-time role suitable for college students in finance programs, with immediate opening and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Local AZ candidates only.
• Prior experience in Accounting preferred but not required.
• Enrolled in a finance-related degree program.

Responsibilities

• Assist Accounting with day-to-day tasks (filing, faxing, mailing, sorting mail, updating daily reports).
• Coordinate with Marketing and HR on accounting-related efforts.
• Potential advancement toward Accountant/Bookkeeper within the department.

Accounting / Marketing Intern Full Time Positions

Assist the Accounting Department with general day-to-day functions including, but not limited to, filing, faxing, mailing, sorting incoming mail, copying, updating daily reports and other duties as assigned. Will be assigned additional Accounting-related duties as experience is gained, for ultimate assignment within the Accounting Department as an Accountant/Bookkeeper.

Will also be working with the Marketing and Human Resources Departments

on a periodic basis as needed, on Accounting and Marketing-related efforts.
