Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a motivated Finance/Accounting student or graduate to support the monthly close, assist with key strategic initiatives, and partner with Finance, Accounting, Development, People Culture & Equity teams to drive efficiencies.

You will create financial analysis procedures with the Controller, help compile SOP and Working Aid documentation, and develop KPI dashboards for Accounting while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Provide support in reconciling and assisting in the monthly-close process as well as assisting with key strategic initiatives.
• Build strong partnerships with other areas of the Finance and Accounting teams, as well as with Development, People Culture & Equity, and other subject matter experts to drive efficiencies, facilitate data‑driven decision making and add value to the Accounting Team.
• Create financial analysis procedures in collaboration with the Controller.
• Assisting with compiling documentation for SOP and Working Aid initiatives.
• Create KPI dashboards for Accounting.
• Assisting with month‑end close procedures as needed including reconciling revenue accounts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Pursuing or completing a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
