Hunt MH Shared Services LLC is offering an on-site Accounting Intern position for October 2026 through April 2027 in El Paso, TX. The internship provides exposure to asset data entry, journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly close activities, with collaboration across accounting teams.
Ideal candidates are accounting majors with a 3.7+ GPA, anticipated graduation in August 2027 or later, and strong Excel/ MS Office skills.
The position is on-site. No remote or hybrid work is available.
The Accounting Intern will gain exposure to various areas of accounting and reporting, as well as aspects of the company's business, through collaboration with team members and the use of technology tools. This may include various duties to support the team's goal of timeliness and accuracy, including processing and recording of fixed assets, journal entry preparation, general ledger reconciliation, reconciling bank activity, and preparing quarterly financial reports, both internally and externally, together with various ad hoc projects.
