Job summary

DUAL North America is seeking an Accounting Intern to join our Corporate Accounting team in Dallas, TX, for a hands-on experience in general ledger, accounts payable, journal entries, and month-end close. You’ll gain exposure to the finance function and learn from experienced professionals while supporting process improvements.

You’ll be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, with strong knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced

Qualifications

  • Understanding of core accounting principles, including debits and credits.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and maintain accuracy.
  • Clear communication and collaboration with team members.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing routine journal entries and apply accounting principles.
  • Support month-end activities and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
  • Track accruals and prepaid expenses during the monthly cycle.
  • Review vendor invoices and support timely processing.
  • Assist with payments and ensure proper recording of incoming funds.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and investigate outstanding items.
  • Organize accounting records and maintain documentation.
  • Document processes and help improve day-to-day operations.
  • Support audit activities by gathering requested information.
