Division-D is seeking a part-time Accounting Intern to assist our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable departments. You will gain hands-on experience with day-to-day accounting processes and exposure to client billing, vendor payments, campaign expenses, and project budgets.

You will receive mentorship from finance and agency professionals to provide a practical understanding of financial operations within a digital advertising firm, while contributing to month-end close and accurate

Formación

• Must be enrolled in or have completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong numerical, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Track campaign costs, media spending, and project budgets
• Help monitor outstanding invoices and payments

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Prepare, organize, and process client invoices and vendor bills
• Track campaign costs, media spending, and project budgets
• Help monitor outstanding invoices and payments
• Assist with month-end reporting and spreadsheets
• Handle financial information with accuracy and confidentiality

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Completed or pursuing degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
