Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist credit applications and invoice processing.

The team is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our dynamic team. As an Accounting Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience in various accounting tasks, including credit application management, invoice processing,month endclose, and compliance with our internal systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a professional setting, working alongside experiencedaccountantsand contributing to the success of our organization.

This position is expected to start September 2026 and continue through the entire Fall 2026 term (through December 2026). Our internships are a minimum of 12 weeks, part‑time (20 to 25 hours) and on‑site.

In This Role

• Gain hands‑on exposure to the full sales and use tax lifecycle using Avalara
• Learn how to manage customer credit applications within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
• Assistin responding to customer requests by gathering and providing required documentation
• Support invoice processing, research discrepancies, and help troubleshoot issues
• Help ensure compliance within the procurement system by reviewing processes and documentation
• Review cost center expenses to ensure accuracy andidentifytrends and insights
• Prepare account reconciliations using Blackline andsubmitfor review
• Participate in the month-end close process, gaining insight into financial reporting cycles
• Collaborate with functional leaders and cross-functional teams to help build efficient, scalable processes
• Other duties as assigned,in accordance with training and qualifications

• Currently pursuing an accounting degree
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles preferred
